DO YOU KNOW:Where is actually the Problem in the GC Process ?
After reading many messages and following along long threads
it appears for me that there is no problem actually with INS :
A lot of problems are from the sponsoring company/lawer
INS is doing as per law and their expected good speed.
Almost all are going through
After exhibiting continuous frustrations finally almost every body is passing the green line !
One should see the possibility of having addressed all correspondance to them and then to lawer ( is it possible ? ), but atleast on I-485 it is.
Also we should not expect to things happen more faster every month - just like these greedy companies ( i am referring to generic companies.. stock exchange etc ) who always wants more profit / increase profit/ more target every year. How is possible. My suggestion for them is : instead of reducing the staff and creating probems for consumers .. bear the losses for some more time without shedding staff, there by give them more confidence and stability and then leave them to go on purchasing spree... I am pretty sure these companies are dumb and missing simple GREAT grandpas principle...
ALL LEGALLY ENTERED FOLKS WITH NO CRIMINAL RECORDS WILL and WILL GET THEIR GC.. if not at your calculated time .. but at completed time of INS..
Good luck and cheer up and boost morale of INS and IIO.
Reduce harassing them and allow them to work on our cases guys..
