where is the bill for citizenship in 4 years

I heard or read some article that there will be new law be citizenship in 4 years instead of 5 year. Can some one tell me , is it truth or any such pending bill.

That bill is dead as it should be. It was just some candy to sweeten some other nasty medicine.
