I have been watching all your massages but i couldn`t do anyting about it,I have all along been trying to have my password reset,It was not until a couple of days ago that it was successfuly reset.
I have not got my approval yet,Bcis has sent me 7 notices since June all of them requesting for evidence. After i gathered all the RFE`s I have ended up re-applying the complete I-485.
I have not heard from BCIS since i sent the last RFE on 11/14/03.
If i don`t hear anything by Monday the 15th,i will be forced to back to the congress with all the documents they sent me.

They lied to the congress representative about the Alien registration number i used when i initially applied I-485 does not belong to me ,yet i have photocopies of the original application nothing is wrong with the alien reg number on it.
I didn`t need to have counsel since i had everything i needed to submit.
