my relative went to the charcot one. when you receive the FP letter, it shows you the address of the location where you're supposed to have your fingerprints taken. if it says charcot, then don't go to monetery one, because you will be wasting time. they don't mix papers from one FP location to another. Look at your paper again, it shows the address.

I've never seen anyone go to the fingerprint place on monterey... they do have the uscis branch office on monterey, but not the fingerprinting place...
