Where is new JIT?

It is 2003. CSC seems don't issue new JIT. If someone finds find new one, please post its link. I think most of us hope to read it.
 
It's been over a month since the last JIT. Maybe we'll see one tommorow. A change would be highly welcome, as it could mean the thawing of the freeze, but if not, I guess we gotta wait longer.

Strangely, RFE's are being generated in the freeze times (Albeit at a slower rate), just no approvals.
