As you can see from my timeline, it's been a while, and still no EAD. After reading lots of posts from other memebers, I determined that people get lucky with their EAD after Infopass appointments. So I am thinking of doing just that. Now, here is my question: do you guys get lawyers for your cases or you just do it on your own? We have a lawyer, so now I am wondering is it his responsibility to find out about my missing EAD or should I still get that InfoPass?
There have been couple LUD recently regarding I765, one on 4/21/06 and 4/24/06. However, no message followed... So do those updates mean some positive things are going on or what? Believe me, I am losing sleep over this...
Also, we live in Chicago, so documents should have been sent to Chicago lockbox (however, our lawyer sent everything, so unfortunately I have no clue where it went) Judging by processing dates in Nebraska Service Center, they are already working on RD March...
