Where is my citizenship paper?

Today, I received my brand new US Passport in the mail, but I didn't find my original citizenship paper, which I have to sent in for the new passport, in the package. Is that normal? Did they forgot the send me the paper? I'm planning on contact the passport center at Monday.

Don't worry. That's how they do it for security reasons. They will send your citizenship certificate back in a seperate envelope. You should recieve in the next 3 to 4 days. If you don't receive it for another week to 10 days, then you should contact the state department. Also, a personal suggestion. It would be wise to call it as citizenship certificate or naturalization certificate instead of a paper.
