Where you find LUD. When I enter my case number to check the status, I only see the same message saying when they've received my RFE and it takes 500-something days. But there is no LUD ???
You need to creatre your personal prtfolio at USCIS web site.
Go to USCIS.gov - then to 'Case Status and Processing Dates' - then click customer in 'Create/Edit customer portfolio account '
...... after creating your account you will start seeing a date (LUD) against the file number whenever you login to your portfolio a/c. You can also check the box against your file number and 'can active Email option so that you will start getting emails whenever it gets updates.
