Malad and other Gurus:
My Labor and I-140 was processed in CA (My. My attorney filed my 485 in TSC last year (as I was living in TX). Few months after filing 485, lost the project and accepted another job in AZ (which comes under CSC).
As per my lawyer advise requested TSC to transfer file to CSC as I-140 was processed by CSC and since I moved to Tucson, AZ which comes under CSC.
Last month looks like TSC moved my 485 case to Local office (as per the Online Message and Transfer Notice) but the local office in Tucson, AZ says they don't have the file. They checked in the computer system and said case has been transferred to CSC.
In essence,
TSC says file is with Tucson office?
Tucson Office says File is with CSC?
CSC (1800 National Service Center) says file is with Tucson, AZ?
Where is my file now??
To add to the wound, TSC approved my second AP a day before transferring my case. The AP never reached me and probably got returned to TSC. If TSC get my AP back from Postal office what will it do without my 485 file??
Anybody in similar mess? any thoughts??
