Where INS send Finger Print Notice to? Lawyer or My home?

I\'m going to move within the city. I\'d like to know:

Where does INS send Finger Print Notice to? Lawyer or My home?

Both

INS sends to both the addresses. At least that is what happened in my case. They sent the original to the lawyer and a courtesy copy to my home address. In my case the lawyer had changed his address and the original went back to INS. Surprisingly INS then mailed it to me.
