Where I-140 RFE is sent

According to USCIS email, an RFE was issued to my I140 case on sept 10th, however both the lawyer and employer says they did not receive it in mail yet.

My employer changed the office address few months back ( while I140 was pending ).

Is the RFE only sent to employer or to both lawyer and employer ?

Usually after receiving the email from USCIS about the RFE, it will take 6 to 10 days. In my case it took 9 days to receive the RFE in hand.

it usually goes to the lawyer. I heard in some cases that a copy will be sent to the employer as well.

you should get it either today or tomorrow.
