Where exactly TSC is?

Even though TSC is officially stuck at 12/00, it has been processing cases filed in 02/01 and beyond. One of my friends recently got approved. His RD/ND was around 03/01.

There are lots of approvals of 2002 cases also. TSC is a perfect maze for sure. But now a days looks like they are approving from the earliest ND around 3/01-5/01 somewhere. There are not many cases left between 12/00 to 3/01.

Yes, perhaps, TSC strategy is to whittle away at these few cases and then all of a sudden announce "we are now processing cases dated 3/01". Now wouldn't that make them look good.

I heard they were training new people before and they must have done a few 2002 cases. Once the funding was removed they lost these people.

Still, it is hard to tell what is going on.
