Where do you go for doing finger print?

Generally to which place do we have to go for giving finger print? Is it the FBI or local INS? Let me know. I stay few miles away from Salt Lake City, UT.

The location for finger prints will be listed in the finger print notice. Normally, finger prints are taken in ASC (application support center).
