Where do I start?

In June I married a Peruvian. After the marraige she went back to peru to await documentation.

I have an I-130 filled out, is there anything else I need to do before sending in the I-130?

To my understanding I need to fill out the I-130 and then also meet with a Peruvian Consulate.

Am I leaving anything out?

You don't need to visit the consulate. After the I-130 is approved, she will file more papers and meet with the US consulate in Peru.

The I-130 instructions will tell you what other papers you need to send along with it.
