Where do I send my I-130/I-131/I-485/I-765 for my spouse?

Got married to my Mexican spouse on Friday and I finished all the forms for her adjustment of status etc. and I'm ready to file.. Initially, I thought that each form has to be sent to a different location. However, I was told that all the forms go to the same location.. Me and my wife are located in Florida and I thought that I'd have to file with the Texas service center, but I was told that I'll have to file to the Chicago P.O. Box if I file all of the documents together.. Does that sound right?

Is it P.O. Box 805887, Chicago, IL 60680-4120

or is it a different address that I'll have to send my package?

Thanks in advance!

The Chicago Lockbox, is the correct address.

You got it right, do not worry.

Thanks!!

I was 99% sure but just wanted to confirm!

Timing worked out great for me and my spouse.. Tomorrow is the last day of her I-94 and therefore she has not overstayed a single day before the application is postmarked :D

Lol. I tried to do the same thing too :) but it wouldn't really have mattered much if she had overstayed or not (unless it was more than 180 days and she wanted to travel on AP).

Congratulations on the marriage! :D Felicitaciones a la novia!

Congrats from me to your marriage as well ... and I'll add it in the other language of this couple ...

Ollas guate zur Hochzeit, habara! Fuee glick fir eichare Zukunft und fuelle Kinda mech i segn! ;) :)

It's pronounced the way it's written. ;) (in fact there is no standard way to write it, it's mainly a spoken dialect) ... a native Spanish speaker should not have many problems pronouncing it ... for a native English speaker it may be a little harder. Try: Oachkatzlschwoaf

I filed all the paperwork on 7/23... On Friday, finally the checks got deposited.. It took them over 2 weeks just to deposit my checks... I hope that this is no indication of how long time it's gonna take them to process the applications...

I think the safest is to send it back when they requested with an RFI. (Request for Initial Evidence).

That way they will scan the bar code on the RFI and process it accordingly. Just make sure you get it done as soon as possible so your case is delayed the least amount of time possible.

I just looked up a physician in my area for the I-693.. I will call them to see if it's walk in or if I'll need an appointment..
