Where do i send my AP (I-131) packet ?

Hi guys,

I am applying for my 2nd AP (I-131) on my own & mailing my AP documents today. Could you pls advise me which address I need to mail it to. I checked INS website and it says it has to be send to Nebrasca center and not California. All my papers were earlier send to Laguna Niguel office earlier for GC processing.

I am planning to Fedex the docs & I got the follow address:

BCIS Nebraska Service Center
850 S Street
P.O. Box 87131
Lincoln, NE 68508

Pls let me know if this is correct. ?

I know for sure that if you have applied for AOS at CSC and your jurisdiction is still CSC, you must apply to CSC for any immigration benefits.
