Where do i send my AP (I-131) packet ?

Hi guys,

I am applying for my 2nd AP (I-131) on my own & mailing my AP documents today. Could you pls advise me which address I need to mail it to. I checked INS website and it says it has to be send to Nebrasca center and not California.

I am planning to Fedex the docs & I got the follow address:

BCIS Nebraska Service Center
850 S Street
P.O. Box 87131
Lincoln, NE 68508

Pls let me know if this is correct.
