Where do I file my renewal EAD?

My I-485 employment-based application was applied in Vermont Service Center in 2002. I live in Virginia. My EAD would soon expire, so I wanted to apply for renewal EAD category c(9).
I was looking at the I-765 EAD form on the USCIS website and am confused if I should send the form to the Chicago center or the Vermont center.
Please advise. Thanks,
