Hi everybody!!

Please look over the following... I can't afford to pay $1500 for a lawyer to simply mail these forms to the USCIS.

I live in Orlando, Florida...

I have completed the following 5 forms:

I-130, Petition for Alien Relative
I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status
I-765, Application For Employment Authorization
I-864, Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the Act
G-325A, Biographic Information

I also have acquired the following 7 documents:

Proof of U.S. citizenship (Naturalization Certificate)
Wife’s English translated birth certificate
Marriage certificate
Passport, I-94, visa page of wife
My most recent 1040 tax return and W-2's
Letter from employer stating name, how long employed, current salary, position, and signed by a company representative on company letterhead
Sealed medical exam of wife

I need the following questions answered:

1) Do I file ALL 5 forms listed above along with ALL 7 documents in one large file and send to one single address along with the total filing fees? Or do I file some forms and documents separately? If I file some forms and documents separately, then which ones go where?

2) Which address do I send the forms to?

3) Do I make one check total which will include all the filing fees or separate checks for each form?

4) Am I missing any documents that need to also be sent with the forms?

THANK YOU SOOO MUCH IN ADVANCE

Additionally,

I live in Orlando, my wife is in Virginia, and I will be moving to Virginia in one month. We both got married in Virginia.
