Where do I do Degree Evaluation

Hi,

One of my friend has B.Sc. degree in Chemistry and got certificate in computing from Indira Gandhi open uni. He is working with software consulting company in India as a system analyst for five years now. One of my other friend just started his company in USA. Now we are thinknig to start H1 for friend in India. My quiestion is do I need degree evaluation for H1 and how do I get it done?

I use Trustforte (http://www.trustfortecorp.com/). Be careful with the filing, you have a new company and a possibly shakey education. I would have the degree evaluated since INS will likely question it. You will probably get enough questions regarding the company and the bona fides of the job offer.
