I live in Pennsylvania, so do I send my N-400 information to Vermont Service Center at Vermont Service Center, 75 Lower Welden St, St. Albans, VT 05479-9400
or
so called Lockbox facility
USCIS Lockbox Facility
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
P.O. Box 299026
Lewisville, TX 75029

I read some post that few of us send to Vermont but their mail got forwarded to this lockbox facility. Today I called National Customer Service Center, first they told send to VSC then I said why your website tells me to send to Lockbox facility and I have to tell him the link on internet where it is  Ultimately he said if I send my application after 1/22/09 then I have to send to lockbox and before that to VSC. Any thoughts.
Thanks

If you are ready to send it now, then send it to Vermont, worse comes to worse they will forward it to the new place. There will be a 30 day grace period anyway in which they will still forward things. However, if you want to wait a bit over a week you could also wait until January 23 to be on the safe side and send it directly to the lockbox facility.

Standing order for all SC's is that all N-400's being received at SC will automatically be forward to their corresponding Lockbox center that covers that SC. So either way is up 2 you or should I say depending on how your mailing it what is the cheapest alternative.
