Where did Sankrityayan go???

to India

cmr,

If you recall he was kind of having problems with his case which was complex from what he always mentioned. Also he was contemplating to go back to India for good - so maybe he left already.

Do you know what kinda complexity ?

After reading the link frodo provided, I feel sorry for our friend Sanskrit. For a similar reason, I am stuck with the same company that is processing my GC. In the last 2 years, I have lost at least a dozen oppertunities just because, either job description does not match or if the job description matches, the HR was not showing interest in supporting my GC.

Well whatever the reason, this board sure misses his posts.

I know Ghee got his approval and the likes of Pork and Orca are still waiting for their turn. Though visiting this board everyday is not the sole purpose of their life, I would really love to see them posting atleast every now and then.

Well, Well, All said but I do miss Sankrit too! At least he could send a goodbye email or something in that line!

Maybe he is reading passively now, if this is the case Sankrit, there are people who care about you as a person. An individual with interesting and valuable personality.

After all GC is part of life not life itself.

I wish you good luck wherever you are.

thanks, bud! i'll be honest - i checked back on this forum after at least a month. for some reason (let's see... what MIGHT be the reason?), i'm losing my appetite for anything remotely related to a GC. i work in an area which needs to have costly and timely security clearances on a frequent basis, so not having this damned approval keeps me more frustrated than the average guy.

i try hard to check back here, but - once again - have lost 99% of my interests. still, i'm starting to think about trying the congressman/senator route, and if things do budge, i'll keep you guys informed. whatever happens, i promise not to vanish without a passing Auf wiedersehen.

and of course - like most - i do miss sankrit (and pork's) posts too.
