Where Comes He Nanfang’s Annual Personal Protection Fee of $800,000?
Yu Long

On February 28, when He Nanfang failed in her lawsuit against Zhang Hongbao for kidnapping, He’s civil defense attorney Skendera stood outside the Pasadena Courthouse and announced to the media the strategies of their civil litigation. One of the strategies is that they have provided He Nanfang with a 24-hour personal guard who was paid an annual salary of $800,000, and they have claimed a repayment from Zhang Hongbao for this expenditure. We do not want to discuss whether their behavior constitutes a violation of the American law, nor do we want to focus our attention on the deceptive nature of their flagrant performance. We as readers are primarily puzzled by the ludicrous amount of personal protection fee of $800,000. It amounts to 2,400,000 in three years. How could He Nanfang afford to make this prodigious payment? Based on He Nanfang’s current family financial situation, dependent mostly on He’s husband Cui Yongtai’s work, her annual income is no more than $30,000. Where could He obtain the personal protection fee of 2,400,000? Skendera and his assistant Wang Chi have asked three times for a settlement to this case. Their last offer was a settlement for $900,000, very far away from their initial demand for 20 million. Based on this amount, the share for the lawyers could be $360,000. For this amount of $360,000, Skendera and Wang Chi could resort to anything indecent! Their desperation has demonstrated that they are abjectly impecunious; therefore, it is out of the question that they were able to advance $2,400,000 to hire a personal guard for He Nanfang. Thus, who advanced the personal protection fee of $2,400,000? Anyone with some sense would come to a self-evident conclusion: nobody but CCP could have advanced the money.

One the second day of this litigation He Nanfang made a blatant declaration: “I would certainly get Zhang Hongbao this time!” Now, after failing to prevail in this lawsuit, she told the media: “He’s got away so easily!” Does this kind of rhetoric sound like that of a victim? It is apparently the typical language of political behavior. CCP agent in the United States, such as Yan Qingxin and Zhang Qi, got involved in this litigation from the very beginning, testifying for He Nanfang and encouraging her in this lawsuit. Yan Qingxin’s husband, Attorney Liu Junguo, instructed He Nanfang how to proceed from the very beginning. This litigation was actually a case of political frame-up designed and orchestrated on-site by CCP! Now Skendura has unwittingly divulged the top secret by revealing the fact that CCP invested the amount of $2,400,000. Apparently, this litigation does not have to continue, for it has turned out to be an obvious case of political frame-up. They should not have assumed that Americans are credulous.
