where can we follow up physical green card?

hello, i already posted this on the other forum but nobody has answered me yet.

my friend who arrived here last january 2006 with her family as immigrants (I-140 nurse) is still waiting for the delivery of her son's green card.

she and her husband already received theirs only few weeks after their arrival but her son's card is still missing.

where can she follow up? she is in washington state right now but i think physical green cards originate from one office/agency here in the US (not so sure )

You can make an appointment for your friend.
If they all received their green cards except for her son, I-90 should be filed for the missing green card (the fee would be waived). They might want to get it ready, and take it to the DO with them in case they need to file it when they go for InfoPass.
