where can we find medical forms

Hi everyone, i'm an asian dv winner, and my interview has put current in March in the bulletin, very excited about that.

I haven't yet got my 2nd letter. But it might be little late since our postal service is not that reliable and good, i'm afraid. So, before the second letter receives, how can we start filling out our medicals form etc?
Where can we download those medical forms ?

oh really, i guess i have misunderstood, well,
then what medicals do we have to have done? does it have to be everything?

You need to do the medical at a doctor/hospital in your country that is authorized from the US Embassy.
