find the PD movement dates for the year 1999. I really
want to know the movement of PD\'s for 1999 before it
became current in August 1999. If anybody around from
that time can shed some light i would appreciate it.

Reason to know this is now as the PD\'s are current for EB3
-what are the chances of a retrogress ? They did
retrogress in 1999 after they were current.

Now the chances are less as that time they opened due to Y2K problems. Now, it is due to less no of applicants. see H1Bs are out due to economy.

It you still want to know,I remember the dates were current on oct 199 through mar 1, 2000.
