I have an approved I-140 (EB1-Outstanding reseracher/professor) from October 2002. I had applied for I-485 with my wife (she is in EB3 category) and has been taking extremely long.
I am thinking of applying for Consular Processing with my existing I-140 (I am working for the same company in U.S.A.). Could someone please help me as where can I get the consular processing application materials and how long does it generally takes once the application is filed to the date of approval. Will there be any impact to the CP processing as I had already applied for adjustment of status in U.S.A. with I-485 application?
