I hired a lawyer to file for my wife's I-130 - I am a US Citizen - married since 2 years but was waiting for naturalization to file for my wife.
My lawyer asked me whether I would like to file a K3 visa along with the I-130 and that if the K3 visa is approved before the I-130 then she will be able to come here sooner.
I tried to search for K3 visas on this forum but can hardly find any experience. Can someone point me to a thread or other information related to K3 visas so I can make a decision.
