Where can I find "Fillable" 765 form?

I tried I-765 form from INS.gov web site, the PDF file is not allowing me to fill the information.

Can anyone please let me know where can I find "Fillable" 765 form? So that I can avoid hand writing to fill the form.

Or Can anyone let me know where can I find the typing facility in San Jose area if I take a print out of this empty form?
 
a_v1, my suggestion...

The I-765 form is not too lengthy or complicated. It is best to handwrite the details in. That way you are absolutely sure everything is correct. I personally handfilled all the 485, AP and EAD forms for me and my wife. I also filed my application without an attorney. Figured I would know my details better. I suggest that you do not waste time hunting for a fillable form or a typewriting place. Try it, its not too hard. BTW, I checked my pvt. msgs. a couple of days ago and found a message from you from a long time ago. I apologize for not replying to you. Has your situation changed any since then?
