I have told that the form that is available edition 08/30/01 will be accepted only through 12/31/01. Does any one knows where to find new I-140 form ? Thanks
The INS website is always a good place to look for an INS form
If you read the information on the website regarding the most recent version of the I-140 form (8/30/01) it states that the 09/26/00 version is acceptable only through December 31, 2001. The 8/30/01 version will remain valid.
