Where are the new approvals

Everybody is getting ready for the long weekend. Give the guys at BCIS a break after working so hard in the last week or so :D :D

Give them a break!? Are you nuts, did you completely lose it!? I don't enjoy waiting, do you?

Nope - I definitely don't enjoy waiting, but I've learned to accept things that I cannot control and let them go! For example, how the INS/BCIS adjudicates cases/petitions.

GC012002::
You have learned the essence of life (To accept facts that you cannot change ) . This GC process has been a great teacher -:) It will strengthen us tremendously to deal with situations .
I still hope that everyone gets the GC quickly .

If they do not take BREAK they can never have one,
because appications are UNENDING ..:D:D
one after the other.

There will be 8 hrs of effort by officers,
by taking normal vacations, relaxing etc.
What ever gets completed .. gets completed

This is true even for a simple line in a Bank .....:D:D

They are approving 6-8 cases per week !! on an average IIO taking 8 hrs on a case?:confused: Now they need break :(

Where did you get the '6-8 cases per week' from?

The approvals you see here or Rupnet are not the only cases they have approved! You also need to look at the number of cases being transferred or RFE-ed. They also need to attend meetings/trainings, read email and understand the ever-changing 'directives' from the HQ.

After all they are only human beings - so yeah, let them enjoy the long weekend.

Ya let them enjoy the long weekend ...I'd rather have a happy, well rested IIO than a over-worked, stressed out person reviewing my case ...;)
