Hello all friends
pls. post your fingerprint invitation as soon as received. these started to get curious. One more thing are they planing to collect fingerprints close to the approval? my brother just told me that in his case he got fingerprinted then 2 months later his I485 got approved. maybe they are implementing this fashion again. But anyway POST YOUR REPLY so everybody relax.

That does not sound right

That does not sound right at ALL. I thought there was a rule that you cannot do this. Senior members please comment. This story sounds fishy.

ND: May 9 2002
FD: ?????????????????

At least if TSC keep up the speed, soon we should be able to call the center without getting the 950 days BS ...... some hope...

this happened in year 2001 and 2002. whoever gets the FP no matter what ND he has, he has a very good chance to get approved. Many of my friends had that experience. The idea behind that was to avoid re-doing the FP... But many unlucky 2001 filers including myself didn't get FP notice for the first 15 months, and after FP'ed for 15 months, our case is still not approved, so we had to do another one...

There is really not much logic behind TSC's behavior. Now we see the processing speed picks up, so just keep our finger crossed and wait for our turn to come...
