Where are the approvals after RFE?

Since few weeks I have been looking for approval posting after RFF but I don't think I have seen many.

Any ideas if there are delays in post RFE approvals? There used to be this DEND-DENG theory at one point.

My RFE response was received by VSC - end of March 2004.

No well established pattern in approvals. Some theories seems to have worked for some people. But I feel that it all depends upon the STARS

Look at my signature. I submitted the RFE reply in Jan, but no change in LUD even after Address change and FP2. But for my spouse the LUD changed with the address change. Its all RANDOM (may be dependent on the Officer handling the cases).

Yesterday I called USCIS and asked about the status since the new Processing date is past 60 days of my RD. The officer casually mentioned that since my case got an RFE, it is possible that my updates are not reflected, when I asked about why my FP2 results are not refleted in my status (since FBI told me that the results were sent back on the same day of my FP2).

So we have to cross our fingers and wait. If our STARS are in good position, we will get approvals.
