Where are the 485s approvals ???

This is the list of approvals of 140s for July. I assume most of them are concurrent. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY NONE OF THEM made de list of 485 approvals. If Ohata memo is in place (as we've seen with Octfiler), WHY IT IS NOT GETTING THE 485s APPROVED FOR THESE APPLICANTS ????

How do you even know most of these are concurrent? I am not willing to even hazard a guess as far as this goes.

Well, for what we are seeig, most CP now are getting approved within 2 months...
But even if we want to believe that there are only a couple of concurrent on this list, why they do not have 485s approvals after 140s got approved??

Read the article on www.murthy.com about I-140s not getting adjudicated because they are waiting for the I-485 to become ready to be adjudicated and now the NSC is claiming that they will come over to I-485 adjudication in order of receipt dates. This means that all of us have to wait till people ahead of us in the queue get their 485 approved. Given that the current 485 date is Feb' 02, we would probably have to wait forever to get just our I-140 approved. I guess the moral of this story is GO CANADA.

But you can see approvals on 140s during July that were filed on Jan-May 04. What about OctFiler?? He was not waiting for Feb 02s 485s for approval.
It just does not make sense.

If only I knew the answer to those questions my friend, If only. I think octFiler has been extremely lucky. Its almost like divine intervention. But for the rest of us, its back to the waiting game. The bcis has to be the most illogical organization I have ever known.
 
My I-140 non-concurrent got approved in July. It seems my case # is on your list. At least as far as the digits go. Where did you get this list from, anyway.

Please post your general info (filing date, etc). Was it concurrent 485-140??
We are trying to understand why 140 concurrent cases recently approved are not getting 485s approved yet. My guess is that we will have several approvals comming soon.
