Any appovals or denials or RFEs. What is going on for us. Any update from RIS.

Hi All,

I am also from Rapidigm..
    My Details : EB2 India, PD 12/97, RD 07/01/99, ND 07/24/99, FP 05/13/00

This morning i had a talk with IIO and she told me that they sent the RFE to my home address on 09/08/200 and as of now , i havn\'t
received it.. As per the previous discussions on this board, Moota/Jaya/Alien..received the RFE\'s at home address ? Am i right ?

Any help or suggestions would be greately appreciated...

Still waiting with rfe-1 (emp letter, w2 forms ,g325) sent to VSC and received by VSC on Aug 29 th. I may recive the RFE-2 for name change ( as they have been doing for everyone). Atleast for next 2 or 3 months i am not expecting the approval due to the name change. Rapidigm has not taken any steps to resolve this.
Frustrating but now i am begining to take it easy.

RFE-2 Help Needed
Anybody from Rapidigm who got RFE-2 for name change of company. Lawyer is holding my RFE. He is not clearly telling me what to do. Neither he is filing new I-140 .

Anybody else in the same status.
