Just by looking at their website and this Jan,9 2002 confusion we know they are updating their web service with newer tech. During this period we donot expect to see whole lot of activities through their website( this is understandable). So I believe they are still working on 485 in background. Once their web service become stable they will populate us.
THIS IS ONLY MY PERSONAL OPTIMAL ESTIMATE. EVERYONE MAY DIFFER.

I KNOW IT"S SO BORING WITHOUT SEEING ANY APPROVING...

They are approving allright. One of my friends got approved yesterday.
His ND was 9/01.

I don't know how many TSC applicants comes to this website, so you may not have representative sample. We have to ask our Guru trackers to see any approvals has been made.
