Where are EB3 approvals for May 07 ?

Hello everyone, long time no see. I still keep everyone here on my daily prayers.

I could'nt help but wonder...Where are the EB3 approvals for MAY 07???

When I saw the huge (1year ROW) movement on last visa bulletin, I became very exited for all the approvals we were going to see here. So far...NONE

There has been approvals on EB2 and EB1 but where are the EB3's???

I have friends with current PD's now in May in ROW category and nonthing!

Do somebody knows what's going on? are they just moving dates for application processing but no approvals or what??

Another week goes by and no EB3 approvals.:(

Have anybody seen EB3 approvals for May on other service centers, or friends/family you might have ouside this forum?

My friend visited an officer in BOS this week and was told that cases transferred to Texas are in treble and VSC will start work on cases again in end of June. True or not, all it make sense to me.

What do you mean with transfer cases in treble?
Is it trouble? and if it is, why are they in Trouble?

hope for an answer.

I'm so happy one of my friends on this forums Moroni (EB3) got his GC this last friday. This gives hope for PD Current ROW Eb'3 like you!!

I see you are current now and have your dates exactly the same from one dear friend of mine who is waiting too. Her PD became current in May.
So far.. nothing, no LUD no email, nothing.

Please keep me posted with your case.

Good to see your postings. How have you been.

I think the reason you are not seeing to many EB3 approvals within ROW is that there aren't that many to begin with :). The ones that are current and not getting processed are probably stuck in some security check or this whole tranfer stuff between VSC and TSC.

Good to hear from you again and i wish that everybody will pass by this ordeal as soon as posible !! I'm in the same situation also , and my case was transfered more than 2 years ago , to the local office ( but i found out that it took ....19MONTHS ...to get here !!! - my case was in Texas all this time !!! ) , and also i know that my PD is current ( since Sept 1st , 2006) , also my FBI checks are done ( found out thru the infopass ) , so i just got tired of it and we filed WOM !!! Now i just take my time , and probably they will take steps to answer to my WOM now , this imm. sytem just s**ks !!!

Is there a known problem with cases transferred to TSC, like a truck carrying the files crashed and burned or something? Or is it just a pattern observed on this board where NOBODY who got transferred to TSC has been approved?
 
What is going on?????? Please let me know your expertise......

My PD is 2/2003 (EB3). Name check cleared on 7/2005. Case transfered to TSC 2 months back. 2nd FP (code 3) done on 5/4/2007. LUD 485 changed - 5/9/2007.

Please let me know what is going on????? Based on the latest visa bulletin my case is current now......can I start 'HOPING' for the good news????
