Where are all the visa numbers gone?

The need of the hour for USA is nurses. More and more nurses. Millions of nurses are needed. But, they can only let so many people into USA every year due to the limits on visa numbers. They want to use up all of those visa numbers for nurses.

They gave all the 50,000 visa number leftovers from last year to nurses. They did not retrogress nurses this June when all other EB3 categories became unavailable.

They made Schedule A current. They did not stop there. They made the priority dates of all the tech workers very bad so that none of them will get the GC numbers so that they can use those GC numbers for nurses. They are so greedy they made even EB1 retrograde which normally doesn't happen.

But, visa number limit is not set in stone. It can be increased! Or tech workers should have their own separate "quota", separate from nurses. That is exactly what our tech workers should fight for.

We have labored many years for this country and we cannot be left dangling like this. That is unfair. They used us when they needed us. Now, when they don't need us, they are just forgetting us. This is sheer exploitation.

I hear you but I think its only matter of time, not IF, you'll get THE GC if your application is clean.

when we will get GC after 10 years what the use? we can't do anything for this coutry as well for us too.
