My perm has been approved and my lawyer is preparing the I140 form. I do not see any options to indicate that I want to go with Consular Processing. Where and when do you indicate that I am interested with CP in chennai?
my corp lawyer sent a letter to my home country US embassy for requesting the CP. my lawyer advised me they might not have to take my case but she said let's give a try, since I was on an international assignment for 6 months.
