just have a few question regarding when you're PD is current...

1) when your PD is current and u apply for AOS for the whole family (Mother-beneficary of the I-130 but it was noted as a family immigration case, Father- Overstayed files under the 245i, Son- Overstayed files under the 245i) will u be considered legalized people in america?

2) when you file for a EAD, about how long does it take?

3) is the EAD valid as long as the I-485 is pending?

4) are you able to apply for a license with a EAD?

5) are you able to attend school and recieve finacial aid or scholorships with the I-485 pending and with a valid EAD?

You get EAD in 30-90 days and it is valid as long as GC application is pending. After you get your EAD, you can apply for SSN and get a drivers license based on SSN. EAD has nothing to do with attending school, its only for employment.
