When will USCIS start processing 2003 cases?

I applied for my GC in August of 2003 and did my finger print in August of 2004 but till this day i haven't received any RFI or Bio or anything but in this forum i seen people who also have ND of 2003 who did their RFI and Bio's. Does any one out there know when will they start cases with ND of August 2003.

Thanks for responding to my enquiry. Do you think that i will receive RFI before the end of this year?
