When will USCIS customer service be back to normal?

There was a memo from USCIS a few months ago mentioning that the customer service call will be going back to each center by the end of this fiscal year. It seems that it is still the idiots over there who are picking up our call and giving us the same info as online. What's wrong...? :mad:

Could you attach a link to the memo? Are u sure it was not a rumor and actually a memo?

I don't remember where I saw this news a few months ago. But I believe it came from an official site. I have been waiting for the day coming since then.
 
I didn't hear anything like this..all what I know that the same idiots will stay there to tell you the same stupid thing every time you call. :D
 
As far as I remember, getit is right. I read it hear somewhere and if my memory serves me right, it was official. Knowing the government, they are slow, sorry......make it V..E..R..Y S..L..O..W in making changes (see rate of approval at NSC that is still slow, staffing issues mentioned on the last hearing, type of "professional" answers we get, etc).
