Didn't the officer, who stamped your passport with I-551 stamp, tell you about processing times of issuing you a green card plastic card? Most officers generally said it could take up to a year. (that's standard message).
Most people got their plastic cards within 6 months.
Moreover, on the internet of case status, it said, "If you were granted permanent resident status or entered the U.S. with an immigrant visa more than 60 days ago and have not received your first permanent resident card, please call 1-800-375-5283"
