When will Priority Dates move to 2003 For EB3???

Hi Guys,

Any predictions regarding how much time will it take for the priority dates to move to june 2003? My Attorney is saying the USCIS may use the the unusedvisas of other countries for India, China and Philipines in the 4th quarter and that the priority dates will jump by an year. Is that true.
Any thoughts from the gurus..

Yes he is right, it might even become current again but you never know it is INS.

The fact of the matter is that even if they become current, there is no logic to how cases get approved. So I wont be surprised if they approve someone even when PD is not due.
