when will NSC touch 2003 case fully?

just want to konw when NSC will touch 2003 cases, dose NSC will start to process
ND 2003 after fnishing all of the 2002 cases? what is the possible time frame, I guess 2003 cases might be get in touched at the end of this year fully... any idea and information ?

2003 cases

If you look at www.immigrationwatch.com it indicates 20 cases of Feb 2003 got approved recently. Not sure about that. Barring a few cases, we have not seen any approvals of 2003 in this forum. What is the view of other members on this. Thanks.

for 2002 only 32.6% approved only
for 2003 3.8% approved

no much specific information gives how many EB cases were approved in 2003.
I mean www.immigrationwatch.com included all of kinds i485 approved
