When will November approvals be finished?

I realize the freeze isn't over yet and we still have outstanding Sep/Oct approvals but I am sure there are a lot of November waiters out there that are interested in hearing the consensus numbers.

Nov will be touched after Oct has been scrutinised..my guess is not before mid jan 2003
