Can someone enlighten me on this situation:
- My 6 years on H1 expire in 07/07
- My existing H1 is valid till 07/08 (transferred H1 to current employer in 02/06 and the H1 approval was till 07/08)
I have a job offer; my question is: if the new employer transfers H1; will it be valid till 07/07 or 07/08
Other details abt me:
- labor cert from employer 1 is approved (pd: 04/03); I-140 was never filed
- labor cert (pd: 04/06) from employer 2 (current employer) is approved, I-140 filed and pending
Also, if any of you have suggestions for my situation, let me know.
