I have a silly question: when the name check starts and ends?
My situation: 140 EB-1B approved on Oct. 16 at TX center.
485 receipt date: 10/10/2006
Fingerprint date: 10/25/2006
No LUD for 485 after 10/12/06. Is it true that FBI will do name check right after fingerprint? How can I know when name check starts or ends?
