When will INS reach Feb 02??

I just want to live life desperately!! Have totally forgotten what living is like! Never knew after leaving India there will be shit served on gold platter.

Any Idea when they will reach feb 2002?

If the freeze is lifted by this month and Octobers were processed in the mean time, you Feb 02 might happen sometime in end of Feb/March (most optimistic)! If Cctober 01s havent been processed it might take longer. We still have to consider 3 more months after before Feb. But you can realistically expect something after mid March! Cuz there may not have been many Apps in december

Just a guess! I have no proof to back it up! Sorry!

My hope is some kind of miracle happens. All feb '02 filers get their approvals in feb' 03.

Being a December,01 filer, I would expect mine in February(hopefully if this freeze ends in Dec). In that case i would expect February,02 cases in March,03.

I initially thought (in Dec 2001), I will get my approval by September/October 2002 looking at the trend that time.

Later because of IBIS check and now enhanced(?!) IBIS check (with new FBI clearence), things have gone too bad.

God only knows when we will get our approvals.

INS is verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy busyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy in special immigration cases ( the coutries from middle east ) register or have t see thje ins officer. Soonce that case is closed they will aprrove all cases in few weeks , let us hope on this
