When Will I get FP Notice?

I applied from NSC 7/28/2004 and address in TEXAS.

When will I get my FP? any ideas? is it depends on TSC ?

My I 140 was approved in April 2002 and I still have not done my fingerprinting. So who can tell when you will receive your fingerprinting request.
